Game credit loaded onto a playcard is valid for 12 months from the last use in-venue. E-Gift Cards purchased come with a 3-year expiry, provided as a single-use code. Once an E-Gift Card is redeemed, the standard 12-month validity period applies to the loaded credit. 

If the selected product is a game credit load, it will be applied directly to the customer’s nominated playcard immediately after purchase and cannot be divided among multiple playcards. For E-Gift Cards, the recipient will receive a unique code, redeemable in-store. If you do not receive your E-Gift Card, please reach out to us at customercare@iplayaustralia.com.au. 

Playcard credit or bonus amounts cannot be used to purchase Play Packs, Attractions, Food, Beverages, Birthday Party and/or Group Booking products/packages.
