RULES
Greetings at iPlay! To guarantee a secure and delightful experience for you, please spare a moment to acquaint yourself with our venue guidelines.
GENERAL RULES
  • Platters cannot be cancelled within three days of the party. 
  • Food and extra play can be added in-store on the party date, subject to availability. 
  • A 60-second delay between swipes on arcade games to prevent card sharing. 
  • A Party Supervisor will manage bookings and parties. 
  • Dodgems have height restrictions; laser tag has no height restriction. 
  • Bowling parties run simultaneously; be mindful of space sharing. 
  • iPlay adheres to all dietary requirements. 
VENUE-SPECIFIC RULES
  • No BYO snacks and food items at venues with cafes (excluding cake). 
  • Urgent cancellations must be made by calling the store directly. 
  • No refunds on Time Packs once cards are activated. 
  • No refund or exchange of gift vouchers for cash, store credit, or prizes. 
  • Major redemption prizes are not stocked on-site; allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Please note this is an estimated ‘delivery to venue’ time frame is subject to change. 
SECURITY AND CONDUCT
  • iPlay is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
  • iPlay provides basic party supplies; themed decorations must be brought in. 
  • No animals (except registered service animals) or weapons are allowed. 
  • Inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal. 
  • Threatening staff or customers will result in a lifetime ban. 
  • Damaging iPlay property will result in a lifetime ban. 
  • Filling in forms adds your email to the national database; unsubscribe option available. 
  • iPlay can change promotions, parties, and prices. 
  • Games may be altered based on trends and consumer demand. 
HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS
  • Cleanliness is crucial; report spills immediately. 
  • Inspect toilets and change rooms; report dissatisfaction. 
E-GIFT CARDS
How long is an iPlay e-gift card valid for?
Once purchased, E-Gift Cards are valid for 3 years.  
How can I use iPlay E-gift cards?
  • Each E-Gift Card has a unique code and is individual use only. 
  • Once E-Gift Card is used remaining time is void.  
  • Full E-Gift Card value must be used in a single transaction. 
How can I redeem iPlay E-gift cards?
  • If E-Gift Card value is used for a ‘Load’ value, general ‘Load’ terms and conditions apply (12-month expiry etc.) from date of load. 
  • E-Gift Cards values can be redeemed in-store for Food, Beverages, Attractions, Play Packs, Loads and Birthday Parties.  
Gifting: If purchasing a product for the purposes of ‘Gifting’ to another recipient, please note our venues’ ‘Gift Sleeves’ are subject to inventory availability.   
Products-Specific
LOADS
  • Bonus credits may not be available for use on certain games and attractions. 
  • Subject to change at the discretion on iPlay Australia Management. 
TIME PACKS
  • One playcard per person. 
  • No additional tickets can be won during game play when using a Time Pack. 
  • A 30-60 second swipe delay applies between each swipe. This is usually enough time to play one game and move to the next game without any disruptions.  
TICKET REDEMPTION
iPlay does not redeem tickets for in-store game credit.
Attractions information
Bowling
Enclosed flat shoes must be worn to bowl. If participants are wearing open shoes, boots, or black soled shoes they will have to wear our shoes (These are free of charge). If they do require our shoes or intend on using our shoes, please ensure participants bring a pair of socks. We do have socks available at the venue, please note these are subject to inventory availability.  
Clip 'n Climb
  • All participants must be wearing enclosed flat shoes. 
  • Waiver must be completed by participant/s or a responsible parent/guardian of participant/s under 18 prior to participate on this attraction. 
  • Weight requirements apply: Minimum 10kg and Maximum 136kg. 
  • Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult for the full duration of the session. 
High Ropes
  • All participants must be wearing enclosed flat shoes. 
  • Waiver must be completed by participant/s or a responsible parent/guardian of participant/s under 18 prior to participate on this attraction. 
  • Weight requirements apply: Maximum 136kg.
  • Height requirements apply: Maximum 200cm tall.
  • Minimum height is 122cm tall to go unassisted.
  • Participants under 122cm tall must be accompanied by an adult and child must walk up the stairs unassisted.
Laser Tag
  • All players must be wearing enclosed flat shoes. 
  • All players must be wearing shirts with sleeves.
  • No running, tripping, or pushing inside the arena. 
Putt Putt
  • All players must be wearing enclosed flat shoes.
  • No running on the track.
  • Putting sticks to be always kept below waists.
Drift Dodgems
  • All participants must be wearing enclosed flat shoes. 
  • Two people per Drift Dodgem Car unless otherwise specified by track staff.
  • All riders must be over 120cm to participate in this attraction.
  • To drive/operate the Drift Dodgem participants must be over 130cm.
  • No loose items are to be taken on the track, please place in designated area directed by team members.
Orbitor Bumper Cars + Cannon Ball Air Blaster
  • All players must be wearing enclosed flat shoes. 
  • Guests paying the additional fee for Cannon Ball Air Blaster must wear goggles.
  • Participants must be over 120cm tall to participate on this attraction.
Other
Entry and Conduct
  • Management reserves the right to inspect bags on entry and exit. 
  • Refusal of entry or removal of guests may occur for assorted reasons, including vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, failure to supervise, failure to follow safety instructions, or non-compliance with entry conditions. 
Liability and Safety
  • iPlay is not liable for loss of life or personal injury, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 
  • Management can change terms and conditions without notice. 
Responsibilities and Facilities
  • Adults/carers are responsible for those under their supervision; iPlay does not provide child-minding facilities. 
  • Photography is allowed for personal use only. 
  • Consent to the use of your image for security and marketing purposes. 
Birthday Parties
  • Completion of birthday parties is not guaranteed if there are delays. 
  • Birthday party booking deposits can be paid online and are required to secure bookings. 
  • Final payment must be made before the start of the event either in-person or online; failure may result in loss of deposit.  
  • A minimum of 8 guests is required for each birthday party booking. 
  • Party areas are reserved for 30-45 minutes depending on the iPlay location, with exceptions if approved by a manager. 
Online Bookings
  • The purchasing of birthday party packages and extras may be subject to credit card and other fees. 
  • Birthday party prices are subject to change without notice due to any changes in government charges, taxes or levies. All prices are in AUD and include GST.Â
